Beta testing a mobile B2C COVID app
I planned and executed usage analysis for a beta test of a novel mobile app that stored and shared digital COVID credentials for healthcare providers. I worked closely with the product, customer support, and development teams to source and gather the required data from several key sources. The report provided insight into key drop-off points in the application.
Leveraging AI for Oncology Solutions
My team was hired by a leading pharmaceutical company to explore the ways in which AI's technological potential could be used to create a novel digital product for one of healthcare's most fragile populations: the oncology patient. As the UX Researcher & Strategist on the team, I worked to understand the experiences of the oncology patient, identify ways in which we could leverage AI in our product, and ideate initial product concepts. The project team consisted of myself, a digital strategist, a project manager, a compliance specialist, and a delivery partner.
Redesigning a critical payer web app
I was part of a small group assigned with redesigning an internal application for a large healthcare company. The application is used by clinicians to directly manage specific elements of patient care and had significant performance and user experience limitations. As the UX Researcher on the team, I delved into the current user experience of the application, relayed insights to stakeholders, and helped to ideate on a solution for the application. I worked closely with a UX Designer, Project Manager, Delivery Partner, and Lead Software Engineer on this project.
Leading patient-focused product discovery
I led an exciting project to help our product teams learn about design thinking, product discovery, and our potential users. I was tasked with developing and executing a data-driven product discovery initiative to help the team uncover user problems and potential solutions in a new space.
Digitizing EAP Mental Health Services
I helped to lead UX Research and Design in a digital transformation project for a leading Silicon Valley EAP provider. Our team was tasked with digitally enabling the provider's mental health services via a web app. We worked closely with the client and their customers to provide user-driven designs.
Usability testing a behavior change product for patients with COPD
I was asked to complete a round of comprehensive usability testing on a behavior change application for patients with COPD. The catch? The product's clinical research trial start date was looming in just a few weeks, leaving very little room for research, analysis, and development to take place.
